The text indicates this earth mover was probably a promotional item to use as a desk ashtray. Judging from the condition of this piece - admittedly not outstanding - it may have been used in that way. However, from my collecting days it does seem this is one of the more rare NP/Banthrico items. The rubber wheels all look and it rolls freely. Just to be clear, this is not a bank. Kept in a display case out of the sun and a non smoking home since acquired. Ships USPS in a 12 x 9 x 6 inch box weighing 2 lb 14 oz. US sales only. One note about shipping times.
