Description: This is a good used smooth case gearbox transmission for Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite, MG Midget models 1958-1966 and Morris Minor models 1957-1968. This fits 948 and 1098 engines and has been stored for decades. We have looked in the inspection cover and all the gears look great with no rust broken teeth or metal filings. These are very hard to find in good condition. We do not guarantee the synchro rings on any of these early transmissions because they were noisy shifting in reverse when they were almost new.
