Description: Audrey Young Oppel Native Children Framed card Prints. This is a pair of Audrey Young Oppel framed prints. This set measures approximately 4.5” x 5.5 in the frames. The prints are off center in the frames. You can see in the pictures these are the frames they were in at the estate sale and I didn’t want to take them apart. I will leave that up to the new owner. Audrey Young Oppel is the artist of the Big Eyed Children. She is known for her artwork on burlap painting native children in Canada and Alaska. She has painted children on Vancouver Island, Eskimo and Caribou children as well. The frames are that harvest gold 1970’s color and are also in excellent condition. Audrey Young Oppel is a Canadian artist who’s work is world renown. She has captured children from all ethnicities using water colors on various mediums. This set of prints are considered part of the big eyed native children series she painted. This set is in excellent condition.
