The locomotive has been tested; it works as intended. The cars have minor wheel wear. There are minor scuffs in a few spots. (No broken parts or missing pieces). The boxes have obvious wear from shelf life. Photos have been provided for your reference. Ask any questions PRIOR to making your purchase. Shipping - Item will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx; whichever is cheapest for me. Due to the size and weight of the item, I will not ship to PO boxes.
