They look like they are from a variety of manufacturers including Tyco, Life-Like, Bachmann and probably others. Look at the photos, as what you see is what you get, no guarantees. One box car has one broken coupler all the rest of the cars are equipped with horn-hook couplers. All have plastic wheel-sets. This would be a nice starter set for someone just getting into the hobby where great detail in the models is not needed. None of the cars come with a box, but they will be carefully wrapped and packaged so as to arrive at your location is good condition.
