Description: This Associated Research hipot tester was included in a very large estate we recently picked up. This fellow sold high voltage capacitors and relays to people all over the world. This tester was found in a closet and I have no idea when it was last used. It powers up and the meter is responsive when the high voltage is adjusted. However, we don't have any probes to really test it with and for this reason (combined with the fact that it's been sitting idle for a while), it's being sold as-is. It may need some level of service before it can be used. SHIPPING/PACKAGING: All orders ship within one business day. We use only premium packaging materials and have invested in a $5000 foam-in-place system. The bottom line is this... you'll receive your item on time and in perfect condition regardless of how big, heavy, or delicate your item may be!
