Description: I have up for sale a nice vintage original circa 1920s Ashland , Wisconsin SALEM OLSON Vice President of the C. N. Cramer Co Ashland, Wi Wholesale Groceries /Rotary Club 4" celluloid button. Salem was the vice pres of the C.N. Cramer Co who in 1921 became a member of the Wholesale Grocer's Association. I am supposing that this button is most likely a souvenir piece from that time period. It was manufactured by the Cruver Mfg Co of Chicago - makers of celluloid buttons and novelties - competitor with the Parisian Novelty Co also of Chicago. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED.
