Very good / fine condition, a little corner tip wear, small smudge at right side, and a little paper loss at the lower right corner area. Using a magnifying glass the names / signs of on two buildings can be seen. The building at the far left Carpets, Curtains, Wall Paper, and the next building down the street - W. A.
