Description: (AS IS) Broken Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB GDDR5 Dedicated GPU with no cooling, shipped with cheapest shipping option for buyer’s convenience. This is a Sapphire Radeon R9 280 384-bit GDDR5 dedicated gaming graphics card. It was obtained through an electronics lot purchase and its exact origin is unknown. It does not come with cooling as it was being used with a closed-loop water cooling system that was removed from it. The card has been tested with the water cooler and does not provide display. Upon close examination of the PCB it is able to be noticed that a large piece of circuitry is missing from the back of the card near the top as seen in the photos. This seems to be the only issue with the card. Card is very clean for its age except for the large amount of thermal compound that seems to be all over the outer edges of the GPU core processing unit. Once again, this is a non-working item, and is being sold for parts or repair. So if you think you could get it working or maybe just use it for parts, go ahead and buy it, and it’ll be yours.
