Description: Artist Unidentified. Antique oil painting of Arab Horsemen in a Barn Watering Horses, 20" x 30" oil on canvas (framed size: 29" x 40") signed lower right. We have been unable to identify the signature and I put about three examples in the photographs section of this listing. This work was relined by FACL which is Scott Haskins in Santa Barbara. Haskins is known as one of the finest restorers in California and I would guess a reline would have been over $1000 by such a competent restorer. So the painting should be someone great since it warranted a reline by a fine restorer! The frame is heavy and thick and doesn't appear old. Ships in the frame for $100.00. If you don't want the frame, we can discard it and ship the painting only for $35.00. Also, looks like a label on the back from a prior owner?? Murray Powers.
