The shoulder to shoulder measurement is 18" and the shoulder to hem length is 24". This piece has shoulder pads attached with Velcro that are easy to remove, if desired. There are two hidden pockets at the waist. The vest closes with one, 1” in diameter, button. The vest is pre-owned and is in good condition. There are signs of use/wear on the inside of the vest.
