Description: These were purchased by me in the 1990s. The plan was to frame them and hang them in my kitchen, as is so often the case, I never got round to doing that. I bought them from a shop that specialised in selling book plates mounted to frame. They've been stored securely ever since. I have now accepted I'll never get them framed for me, but it's not too late for these lovely items to take a special place on someone's wall. They would be a great Christmas gift for the food lover in your life. 2 are from the 1909 edition - Soups and Meat Joints1 is from the 1896 edition - Puddings and pastry this one is marked as a Chromolithograph. The original plastic sleeves they were in are present but are not complete and appear to have shrunk! Antique and show some minor signs of age. They have been mounted more recently. Originally from the books of Mrs Beeton. Please see photographs and ask for more information if required. They are approx 30cm x 23.5cm (mount outside edge measurement) they are shown next to a standard 330ml drink can for scale (not included). Postage can be combined for multiple orders.
