These are original lottery scratchers that expired many years ago. I am not sure of issue date but I do believe it is pre 2000. Correct me if I am wrong. This was a $1.00 ticket and is 2.5" x 4" in size. Check the photos and use the magnifier to determine condition for yourself. Latex is completely intact. Overall in excellent condition.
