The 2020-21 season was the first that NHL team could wear sponsor logos with paid advertising on the sides of their game helmets. The Coyotes had DIGNITY HEALTH on their white helmets with a VARIETY/EQUALITY logo on the right backside of the helmet. On the lefthand side is a pink and white logo with LA 49 for Leighton Accardo, a 9-year-old local girl and fan who died of cancer at age 9 and was inducted into the franchise's Ring of Honor.
