Some grading notes: moisture damage though book right side with stains and small waves, rusty bottom staple with slight stain at centerfold, light handling wear and creasing including 4”+ crease bottom half right side, sun shadow right edge, light edge wear with micro chips on top and 1/4” tear upper right egde, light spine wear with scuffs along edge slight tanning inside cover; Back - moderate staining upper right, light handling wear and creasing, light wear with chipping top edge, slight wear bottom edge and at corners, sun shadow left edge, slight tanning inside cover, off-white pages, cover and centerfold fully attached, page counted and book is fully complete.
