Description: Beautiful lush green moss for aquariums! My tank has at least 5 types of moss that has been added over the years including Mini Taiwan, Java, Willow, Weeping, and peacock. So it's a large assortment that will guarantee success. Please note that mosses are pretty subtle in their differences, so moss looks almost identical but grows up instead of sideways so you may mistake some varieties for being the same type. These are all grown submerged and will acclimate quicker than typical out of water grown mosses. These will also be shipped in water in a breather bag designed for aquatic animals and plants to be shipped with. the moss will be whatever random types and amounts are available mixed together in 1 bag. These mosses are in my neocaradina tank and are well maintained by them Moss does well in more calm parts of the aquarium and helps clean the water column of ammonia and detritus and is beginner friendly as it can adapt to wide water parameters. Can easily be attached to rocks and driftwood by any brand of cyanoacrylate super glue or thread etc. I do have snails in my tank as well as detritus worms and copepods (all good and beneficial creatures) but wanted to list that in case you want to quarantine if you don't want snails etc. In the off chance any snail tags along (I'll try my best to try and and remove any and all hitchhikers) You'll get 3oz of moss as pictured overflowing (3oz Cup pictured in listing) which is a good bit once spread out and attached to rocks and driftwood.
