The colors are pastel / butter yellow, lavender purple, and plum prisms. The 3 hanging prisms are lovely, with no chips or cracks (they're very lightweight, so may be made of hard plastic). The wiring and socket are working well, and a ground wire and new hanging hardware have been added. Use 1 standard-base light bulb up to 100 watts. The light bulb is not included, but is shown as an example of the style you might choose. You can search online for faceted or cut glass bulbs if you like this style.
