Description: This antique/vintage 1940's mens beige Templeform Homburg hat is adorned with a rust-colored 1 15/16" grosgrain ribbon hatband. The grosgrain edging around the curled brim is a lighter salmon color which makes a unique contrast with the hatband around the crown and the overall color of the hat. This unusual 1940's mens fedora is straight out of "The Godfather". The size reads 7 1/8 on the inside tag, the brim is 2 6/8" wide at the sides, 2" at the front, & is 2 2/8" at the back of the hat. The crown measures 5" in height. The inside lining is clean, and there is very little, if any, wear to the leather inside band. This hat has 4 small mothbites on the left side near the bow, 2 light hardly noticeable discolorations on the top on either side of the middle crease, and a couple of small light discolorations on the brim edging. A professional cleaning will leave this hat looking like new, except for the small moth bites previously mentioned. All the issues are shown in close-up in the last several photos.
