The rest of the piece is early plaid fabric.. Great Early calico prints, checks, stripes, florals. Made from an antique quilt top from the late 1880’s era to early 1900’s and great early plaid fabric. Great early fabrics, calico prints. The colors are navy blue, off white, red, black, grey, multi. Cotton. The border is blue and white check fabric, hand sewn, hand bound. The back is blue and white check print fabric. Medium thickness. Tacked at center. Measures 6 1/4” by 5 3/4”. Very, very good condition. Not hand quilted. The back fabric is also vintage. Crisp and very nice. Hand made. Made in USA.
