Description: Antique Edwardian Women's Blouse This beautiful blouse comes from an estate. Not much is known about it. Best guess is that it is Edwardian (1901-1910) and is made of sheer cotton net. It is crocheted with pleasing floral and geometric bands. It has a snap-front closure and snap cuffs. There are also four snaps on the back at the shoulders, presumably to connect the collar which, sadly, has gone missing. We do include a lace collar of more modernity if you're just going for a look and don't mind tying it in the front (see pics 11-12). Condition: There is some damage to the back neckline (see pic 9). There is also some separation at the front neckline where the band meets the snap. I would say it's about an inch. No pic, but doesn't show and could easily be repaired by tacking down. Also, the top front snap is hanging by a thread - another easy repair. I detect no other flaws.
