Description: Blue Cherry Antiques Fine Antiques & Jewellery Antique 15ct Gold & Diamond Bar Brooch A fine quality late Victorian brooch in the Etruscan revival style. It is in 15ct gold and has that lovely glow of these period pieces. It has a full Birmingham hallmark to the reverse with the date letter for 1894. To the centre it is set with five mine cut diamonds of graduated size. To the reverse it has a standard pin and c fixing which is working fine. Please note the pin is not gold. It has a loop to the reverse which can be used with a safety chain. It comes with the period leatherette box as seen in the images. Measurements (Approx) Size :44.27mm x 17.46mm Material : 15ct gold Stones : Diamond Weight: 3.61 grams brooch only (before packing) Condition: Very good for period. Some minor wear and light scratches as expected. Some hand scratched numbers to the reverse which is probably the jewellers marks.
