Elongated pin is era appropriate due to thicker fabric and layers. Unmarked but tested as sterling. 5 10k rose gold dotted accents along the frame. Minor surface scratches and some tarnishing present due to preowned condition. Only the pin on the brooch did not test as sterling. There is no protective backing or cover over the tintype photo. Photo seems to be securely in place as it does not move within the frame.
