Description: Antique Sterling Silver Union Club Phoenixville, Pennsylvania Home Week, 1910. A sterling silver medal for the 41 mile Relay as to the engraving on the back of the medal. The medal is a sterling silver plaque like shape with a laurel leaf accent at the top and a columns on both sides of the center runner. Burnt Umber and white enamel highlight the UC logo letters. Very early greek style similar to the early olympic games. Nice detail and raised relief. Center bottom is dated 1910. The medal is marked on the back Sterling, Dieces & Clust 123 Chester Street. Phila. for the maker. The medal measures 2" high by 1 1/8" wide. Weighs 19.1 grams. The medal is in good condition for age. Light wear or tarnish. Wonderful to use as a necklace pendant or a memorabilia to collect. I also have a similar Gold Filled medal shown in the last photo. Inventory C534
