Description: Antique Unger Brothers Sterling Silver Hand Mirror Beautifully detailed sterling silver hand mirror by Unger Brothers, shows repousse flourishes and swirls among large drooping Poppy flowers. Late Victorian era Art Nouveau styled hand mirror is hallmarked towards the bottom of the handle, "Sterling [Unger hallmark/logo] 925 Fine." Hand mirror measures just under 10 1/2" long and 6" wide at widest point. Antique hand mirror has not been polished to remove decades of tarnish, and the mirror has small dots of discoloration under the glass. There are small dings and surface scratches throughout, dents around the edges (as seen in closeups) and less aggressive dents to the fabulous design. There is a large dent on the upper right outside edge (when hand mirror is lying with mirror side down), and that dent has caused a long and jagged break in the seam between upper and lower silver pieces. That break can be seen in a few photographs, and is prominent in last closeup photo.
