Antique, TWO stunning "ground" pontil early Pharmacy bottles, with transfer logo

Description: On offer here is a pair of very impressive, and rare, early (antique) Pharmacy/apothecary bottles with ground pontil scars on the base and stunning transfers on the wall with the Company's logo and the scientific name of pharmacy product, on the wall or side of the bottle. Very impressive!THE TWO BOTTLES ARE SOLD AS ONE LOT. Because the bottles have a ground pontil, I estimate them to be mid-nineteenth Century or maybe a little later (see pic 3 & 4)The bottles are made of milk glass or even possibly porcelain as the outer sheen of the glass is exceptionally shiny! The circular ground pontils underneath cover the original pontil scar but on both areas where the pontil scar has been ground, and smoothed away, you can still see some of the original rough scar still evident on the edge of the ground area.
