Description: Here for your consideration is a charming "double 6's" travel dominoes set. Roughly the size of a pack of playing cards (quarter for scale and not included), I estimate this complete set to be late 19th-early 20th century. The case is handcrafted from an unidentified hardwood, with decorative scrollwork on the top and a small split on the bottom that doesn't in any way impair functionality or reliability. The brass latch moves freely and functions as intended. The dominoes themselves appear to be constructed of bone appliques on hardwood.
