Made by the Adam's Glass Company, circa late 1800's. The v-shape of the raised dots on the four corners of this plate are embossed so that you can hold the plate securely. The rest of the raised dots are underneath which adds a ton of texture to any room that you display this in. In between the circles, there is another pattern at play with a four sided raised square.
