A French nobleman marries a ballet dancer and then goes to war. When word arrives that he has been killed in action, his mother tries to take the child from his penniless widow. 4 pages. Measures 11" tall by 9" wide (228 cm x 23 cm). Single horizontal fold, and will be posted as such, light soiling to to centre two pages middle margin mainly - see photos for condition.
