Description: The Taber Prang Art Company (American Publishers, 1897-1938) out of Springfield, MA, were considered one of the best producers & publishers of art prints in the late 1800’s on through the early part of the 20th Century. This is a print titled "The Angelus", published by The Taber Prang Art. Co. It has been tacked to a heavier board and you can see where it separated from the adhesive - both the print and cardboard have yellowed with age, but are in relatively good condition. No holes or tears to the image. There is a pencil notation of 50 cents on the back of the print. The print is 7.75" x 5.125" and the heavier backing it is mounted to is 9" x 6.25".
