Description: Manufactured by the Schumate Cutlery Group in St Louis Missouri. My understanding is the company manufactured razors in St Louis up to 1932, so this razor is older than that. The handle is gold glittery in color and made of some sort of bakelite, acetate, celluloid... I'm not an expert and I cannot be sure. The blade is rust free. It has some blemishes but it's only color... No pitting. This thing is sharp! I tested it and it easily dry shaved some of my arm hair! The box is in fair condition. Most of the text on the front and back is legible. The back does have what appears to be a burn mark. My two cents, someone left a lit cigarette on it for a while and it burned a straight line.
