Description: This listing is for an antique sterling silver frame by Lebkuecher & Company that is so special and distinct for newborn baby. This frame is engraved. What a great opportunity to create a keepsake for your little one! This it is embossed and debossed on the front with storks on the left and right, and birds in each corner. There is a blank space at the top of the frame to engrave the baby’s name. And there’s a space at the bottom decorated with a clock and scale to engrave baby’s birthdate and weight. The item is an easel type stand and the back is a black shiny material. Two hinged brackets on the lower corners make it easy to put your baby’s photo on display. The frame measures: 4 3/8” wide by 5 3/4” tall. The frame’s opening measures: 2 7/8” wide by 4 3/16” tall. The frame is marked with the Lebkuecher mark L and a half moon, “Sterling” and “3187.” I did not polish the frame. Thought I’d rather leave the tarnish and let you decide how much you want to leave and let the design pop. There are no chips, cracks or repairs to this item.
