Steiff made toys in the form of real bears as well as teddy bears. These toy bears are much more realistic than teddy bears. This is a pull along toy set on four wheels. The bear is a traditional shape with a midsized snout, round ears and a prominent hump. He likes to be pulled along on his real wooden wheels The Bear is on all fours and he stands on metal rods that attach to wood wheels. He rolls freely on his wooden wheels & has all four wheels are flat to the ground! He is covered with Dark Cinnamon mohair, he has lost some mohair over the many years due to his playfulness, and has 1 small hole on the pad of his right front foot.
