Description: up for consideration is a fine set of 2 or 2 pairs plus 1 of decorative lights off a fine large French Empire Chandelier. I had 4 but was called back to the estate of which I was informed they found another down in the basement. Only 4 are shown I will update the photos when I get a chance. They stand 12 inches high by only 3 inches wide at the widest point that means the ribbons middle of the way down measure 3 inches across so they are very thin compared to regular wall sconces. Let me explain the form function ....imagine if you can the type of fixture that has long strands of beads with a horizontal bronze ring then a matching beaded bowl underneath. The kind found in old opera houses or in French Ballrooms in days gone by. These are the lights that mounted on the ring and held an additional external set of lights...so the interior of the fixture held bulbs then outside lights like this held bulbs and shades along the ring. So if you have a regular beaded fixture you can add these to increase the charm and value of the fixture. Or they can be repurposed to mount on the wall to hold curtains back...to hang a rod for a tapestry a fine oriental rug or like a few people I have encountered who use small battery supplied led lights thusly placing sconces as such of which were previously not usable due to electrical limitations...etc.... potted plant holders if you add a fancy chain...ok that is enough thanks you decide...If you have any questions or something to share please message me.
