Description: Antique from the 1920s About this item Antique Semi-porcelain Mellor, Taylor & Co., 14” Platter, Wall Decor Offering a beautiful Semi-porcelain platter. Made by Mellor, Taylor & Co. and approximately 100 years old. The pattern is "Fern". It has blueish/gray delicate twigs on the edge of the platter on 2 sides. With a slight scalloped edge. Made in England. CONDITION: No Cracks, or Crazing, does have a very small chip on the backside rim, (see picture) light overall wear, but very little for a piece of this age., all appropriate for the age of the platter. A perfect piece to display with a collection, hang on the wall or stack. I would still use this for serving or displaying food, has no crazing so it is safe
