Description: Handmade antique wooden staff/stick carved with climbing serpents and topped with a head modelled on the hampatong protective figures made by indigenous peoples from the islands of Southeast Asia. Provenance : Family member lived and worked in Malaysia for 40 years and shipped this to the UK in the late 80s when he retired. Been stored in the loft since then. Condition: Please see photos. Good for age but knocks, dents and scratches through wear and tear. Happy to supply more pics if requested.
