Description: For sale is this antique tang gouge chisel, with a #3 sweep, weighing 4.4 oz., with steel measuring 1/2" wide X 6-" long, with a nicely turned sound and solid 5-1/2" wooden handle. Signed "PS & W CO", the steel is in excellent overall condition, with a good edge, which will respond well to honing and sharpening by a experienced hand. as pictured. There are initials from a previous owner on the front side tang, as shown in the last picture.
