' - Laying the first stone for the monument in memory of the Dutch freedom from French rule in The Hague. This monument marks the end of the French Period in the Netherlands. The monument was built on what is now known as Plein 1813, and officialy inaugurated by Prince Frederick of the Netherlands in 1869.Condition: Very good, given age. Original middle fold, as issued. A few creases in the margin. Margin minimally soiled. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling.
