Description: Very cool and interesting box of antique pigment cakes. Used by 19th century artists to make watercolor paint. Four blocks included as well as hand painted Italian box by Alb. Simonetti. Three of the blocks have a crown logo. One partial block seems to be made by a different maker “Lambert”. The box is wooden with a hand painted monogram. Box is between 1”-2” long. The yellow looks like the rare pigment known as Indian Yellow. It’s not marked as such though. You get what you see, nothing more and nothing less. Ships ASAP! Thanks
