This gorgeous fluted oval eared handled serving platter was crafted by Paragon China around 1929. It has a pale cream base and is decorated with a delightful tranquil lakeside scene - tall stone pillars with hand painted bright colourful flowers around the base and trailing foliage overhead, and trees in the distance. There are fine gold trims on both side of the handles. The overall effect is totally stunning! The plate is 26cm long x 21cm wide.The plate is in absolute great condition - with no cracks, chips or crazing. Only a few unnoticeable scratches(Please see photographs for extra descriptive detail). The trims and decor are still clear and vibrant. The bottom of the plate features the Paragon and stamped “PARAGON FINE BONE CHINE” “MADE IN ENGLAND” LUGANO” REG.
