Description: Here is a beautiful original pocket watch holder/ case. Folds out to use as a stand. Lovely antique example of Sorento Ware. Made of olive wood and hand decorated with a very nice inlaid Swallow/ Swift Bird. The box is 73mm x 68mm x 23mm / 2 7/8'' x 2 5/8'' x 7/8''. This case will accommodate a watch up to 42mm/ 1 5/8'' in diameter. (All sizes are approximate.) This item is in great condition apart from the one split on the front panel.
