This is in very good condition. No chips, no cracks, no scratches, no crazing. Round 8" with a scalloped type edge that is trimmed in gold tone and the trim does have some wear. Colors of cobalt blue with gold tone design that has no wear, light blue and white. There is a line of gold tone on the plate that does have wear. Not sure if the rose pattern is hand painted or not? but there is no wear on the pattern. The back of the plate has the maker mark and a hand numbered gold tone 2835 16.
