My grandfather was in the remodeling business along time ago and he pulled this off of one of those big gigantic mansions. He told me where he got it so I’m sure that’s where it came from. It is definitely Art Nouveau. 19th century… Top quality… Large… 20 inches long and four and 8th inches at the widest part of near the bottom. I ran around it with a tape measure to show you where the hole is regarding the top and how wide it is at the hole so you could get the idea of how it fits on your door. The lock is a blank… And original blank, which is pretty cool. I think you could remove the blank, but I’m not 100% sure how it is fastened. Take a look at the back and you determine how it is set up. I’m not an expert. it’s a heavy piece. It’s not stamped… It’s pretty much cast type piece. Which is extraordinary quality. Pretty easy installation with two screw holes at the top and bottom… Piece of cake. It has original patina and a little bit of surfacewear. So make sure you look at every picture. So that’s everything I could think of… If you’re looking for serious quality… Here it is. I searched other peoples prices and they are much higher. So please take advantage. I am loading my store with fresh. Every single day fresh i’m surrounded by fresh fresh is no problem. So take a look at the fresh I have.
