Description: To start off I am open to offers on this as fielding a market is rather difficult. This is a land deed from 1797 between two notable people George Lewis and ebenezer platt. George Lewis is the nephew of George Washington and also a captain of the revolutionary army. Ebenezer platt was an infamous man who had a long history being a “prisoner of war” in Britain. Given the timeframe and the area of land mentioned in the deed it is fairly close to a plot of land George Lewis sold for George Washington. I’ve researched this document quite a bit and feel confident in what I’ve found but please do your own research and I’m happy to answer any questions.
