Description: A sharp and splendid antique Indian tulwar saber, featuring a silver washed hilt, wonderfully flexible springy blade and original leather scabbard. I would estimate this to be 18th century. Ideal to decorate a wall, and equally versatile for practicing Shastar Vidiya. Well balanced. I don’t think it is wootz, as I don’t see a visible pattern, though with a good etching it may surprise us. Also ideal as a Sikh wedding accessory tulwar.
