Description: Up for sale is a Antique Floral Red & Gold Dessert Plate made in Limoges, France by Haviland. Circa 1894-1931. The plate features a gorgeous pattern of transferred pink, white, and yellow flowers with green leaves and hand painted enamel accents with a dark red & gold gilt moulded/scalloped rim. The base has two marks from Haviland. One of them was used from 1889-1931, and the other was used from 1891-1931. So the plate dates to between 1894-1931. There is a chip on the rim and a short crack coming from that chip on the underside. Otherwise the piece is in good condition and still displays beautifully. Measurements are approximately:1" Tall to Rim.8 11/16" Rim Diameter.5 1/2" Base Diameter.
