Description: A very elegant handpainted cabinet plate. From Austria Victorian porcelain. The mark on the back dates this piece from 1904 to 1918. Signature on the lower right front by E. Vettor. The plate itself has a green outer rim. Beaded edge. A beautiful young woman with wavy brownish hair in an up-do. Popular around 1900. Fading on some gold. The green was probably with a glossy finish originally. Fair condition. Thus the lower asking price. Again this item is over 100 years old.. Few spots of paint loss in the the green.
