Description: Up for sale is a nice quality antique late 19th century German Westerwald pottery pitcher jug.It's made with very elaborate relief detailing throughout and finished with a blue/grey salt glazed finish.It has a large circular foot, a spherical moon shaped belly with a figural relief scene in the center, and a detailed spout.The jug is in nice condition and measures 8 1/2 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches wide.It has a small split on the spout that happened during manufacturing process.
