Description: I apologize, but I don't know much about antiques. What I do know is that it was in Grandma's attic in the late 40s. They had a mercantile in the early 1900s, I saw it there and ask what it was? The cast iron is very decorative, the wood is not dented or in bad shape, both the top and bottom tiers are in nice condition. About 10" and 16" rolls. There has never been any restoration work on it, just dusted the cobwebs off! I have no idea what it is worth, the manufacturer or its age. I tried to look on eBay but didn't see anything like it. Please if anyone has any info on it let me know! Thanks
