Description: Antique Edwardian Purple 7 Gore Lace Insertion w pleated flounce Theatre piece. Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage A seven gore (paneled) skirt from approximately 1900-1905, it features a shaped tucked flounce all along the bottom. An nice piece FOR STUDY or repair CONDITION: This Edwardian skirt was most likely originally white. Previously re-purposed by a theatrical company, it is missing the waistband and some of the seams will need to be restitched. The lace has been backed by a pinked ivory color satin (see inside photos). There are several small dye and other stains, some fading to the fabric overall. There are several small tears to the inserted lace. Offered for re-making or other re-purposing. Freshly hand laundered, line dried and pressed. Measurements: Total Center Back Length from waist to hem 43.5” Total front length from waist to hem 39” Waist straight across 14.5”/29” I try to describe all items in detail and honestly as possible, making sure all imperfections, marks and holes are mentioned.
