Description: Dating back to the late 1800's, this pretty Atterbury glass jar could be used for mustard or even loose tea. It has a lid that is not screwed on and not tight - I think it was made to just sit on top, but it is the original lid. The pattern is called Woven Panel, and the jar is 5" tall. Made of pressed blue swirled slag glass, the bottom has an embossed note that says a patent was applied for. It is in very good condition, with no cracks or chips. The inside top is rough, but that was normal for that era.
